A track record — reviews, longevity, a following that came back. New houses are welcome; we simply look harder.
Every recommendation carries a checklist of what to demand and what to walk past. Partners are the houses that pass their own checklist — and the Concierge says so, out loud, to the member.
The economics, in the open
Products
A 20% platform share of the item price only — never on tax or shipping. Member discounts come out of our share, never yours. Payment settles on your rails or ours; you remain the seller of record.
Services
A 15–20% referral on completed bookings, or a flat lead fee for consults, arranged per house. The Concierge handles the introduction; you handle the care.
Referral programs
Already run an affiliate program? We route through it — your terms, your tracking, our recommendation.
What we never do: sell placement. No fee changes what the Concierge recommends. Members see the split before they pay, and we'd rather lose a sale than a member's trust — that is the whole reason a recommendation from us is worth having.
