Is Cheerayu medical advice?›
No. Cheerayu provides general health, wellness, and lifestyle information for educational purposes only — it does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and using it creates no doctor–patient relationship. If you have symptoms or a medical condition, please consult a licensed physician or other qualified health professional, and never delay professional care because of something you read here. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Where does my data live?›
On the server instance running your app — — no ad networks, no analytics, no data brokers. The one exception: when you ask the Sage or analyze a meal, that request (and the meal photo) is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to answer it, under terms that forbid training on it. No trackers, no analytics companies, no data sales. Face photos and camera pulse readings are processed on your own device. You can export everything as one file, or delete everything, in Settings.
What is the Prana Score?›
One 0–100 number for the whole of you — Mind, Body, Radiance, Rhythm — recomputed through the day from your check-ins, practices, meals, and biometrics. Every point comes with a plain-language explanation. It's a compass, not a grade.
What if I miss a day?›
You rest, you don't break. One rest day a week never breaks your streak — 'never miss twice' is the only rule — and a lapsed chain is greeted kindly, never scolded. Shame is a poor retention strategy and worse medicine.
I only have a few minutes a day. Is this for me?›
Especially for you. Busy-Day mode compresses the whole day to three 2-minute anchors with full credit, rescue practices run 2–10 minutes, and the entire philosophy is that small daily beats heroic occasionally.
How do the AI features work?›
Seven cooperating agents handle scoring, planning, insights, adaptation, conversation, activity sensing, and shopping. With an AI key configured they use Claude (Anthropic); without one, every feature still works through built-in deterministic intelligence. Sage cites its sources from the evidence-graded Codex either way.
Is Ayurveda scientific?›
We treat tradition and research as different kinds of evidence and label them honestly: every Codex claim carries a grade — ✅ well-established, 🔬 emerging, or 🕉 traditional — with its mechanism. You always know which kind of knowing you're reading.
How does Cheerayu make money?›
Transparently. The marketplace charges partner vendors a 20% commission on item price (never on tax or shipping), shown to you before checkout, and some outbound vendor links may earn affiliate commissions. Neither ever changes what's recommended — the catalog's the authenticity standard is written into the code and its tests — and no listing is marked verified until a real house has met it.
Are the supplements you recommend safe?›
We recommend archetypes, not miracle pills: third-party-tested, no fillers, heavy-metal-screened, standardized actives — with every caution disclosed, including the serious ones (nattokinase and blood thinners, iodine and thyroid conditions). Anything bioactive deserves professional advice if you're pregnant, nursing, or on medication.
Does it work on my phone?›
Yes — install it from your browser's 'Add to Home Screen' and Cheerayu runs as an app, including motion sensing, camera pulse measurement, and notifications. Native iOS and Android apps are the next chapter of the roadmap.
Is my cycle data private?›
Completely. Cycle tracking is opt-in, stored only in your own data, never shared with household circles or anyone else, and erasable in one tap.
What does 'Cheerayu' mean?›
It's the Sanskrit chirāyu (चिरायु), pronounced chi-ra-yu — literally 'long life': chira (long, eternal) + āyu (life, age — the root of Āyurveda). It's the classical blessing elders speak: chirāyu bhava, may you live long. By happy accident of English it also reads as cheer + āyu — the joyful life — a second meaning we keep gladly. Hence the tagline: The Alchemy of Longevity. And the motto that follows: feel good, do good.
